Looks like some corrupted mul files.
Try updating or download and replace these files:
http://www2.uovalor.com/uodata/
(not the .BAK files, those are 1 version behind)
In your case you want the 0 and 1 files (ex: map0 map1).
I'd start with the statics0 and statics1 specificly to try and see if that works.
Just replace the files in c:program filesea gamesultima online (or similar path)
If those two files don't cut it just start downloading all the 0 and 1 files.
This is assuming your client patching wont work, otherwise try just patching and it should do the trick.

As per our conversation, it could be numerous things:
1) Most likely it's an outdated client. Patch up your client so it's the most up to date version. OSI did some minor map changes which were applied to the server so your files might be in need of updating.
Other possibilities
2) Your uo .mul files might be corrupted or changed (Like if you play a server where they have custom mul files you need to download). If you wish to play on aov and it turns out it's your .mul files, you would need to replace your .mul files via a repair or reinstall
3) Your razor client cache needs a clearing but this is highly unlikely.

actually for fun try renaming/deleting the "Desktop" folder within the uo folder. It will clear your profile settings though like spell icon layout, but just see if it clears it, if not rename it back after.
