Poison Flute

Just got one, but it doesn't seem to do anything, tried it on players in fel, tried it on monsters, does nothing........

Should it do anything???

Yes, but still nothing, just says the flute plays a flat note, then you catch your breath

Reputation might also be a factor, like if you're trying to hit innocents. Poison flute is a bardic weapon much like firehorns except they're more powerful.
