When I log in I freeze up and on the screen it says lost connection and would you please tell me how to fix it? Thank You

Thank you for posting a responce for me, I am using client 5.09.1 and not sure if thats too high for the shard or too low let me know what I should do but I really dont want to change my client, thank you.

Forgot to tell where I am in the game all I know its in a field with a moongate close by and I freeze up, and says on my screen connection lost every time I try to log in I get that.

You should be running Client: 6.0.8.0 or higher.
Reason being is OSI changed around some stuff to support the new KR patches. The packets that get sent from the client to the server are different and can't be interpreted so you "freeze" when you try to walk or do other things in game. Therefore you need to patch up to a higher client. I would also update Razor to ensure it's all compatible. Hopefully this works out for you, let us know if you're still having issues.
