I need a war axe... i want DI and SSI. im not sure what the ssi cap on weps here is though. 30? is there anything that can bring it above the cap (like wep material?) ok neway, yeah ML would be cool to but i'll buy anything with high di and ssi. thanks in advance.

SSI cap is 75 total. It wont be hard to hit the max swing cap with a war axe, a bit of ssi (like essence of war/necklace or helm of rage) and a decent amount of stam.
Caps for swing are 1.5/sec except for fencing which is just 1.25.
