Update [Mar 10 07] - fixed grim reaper's strike

*Grim Reaper's Strike has been fixed, the summoning got bugged last update

* Coded various GM tools for making testing stuff easier, such as a hat that enables me to get player access than back to admin. (those will be fun at SW)

AoA drop rate will drastically change soon, just a heads up. Will be much harder to get em off low level stuff, but a tad easier on high level stuff. (ancient liches, etc)
