known issue: dead pets

Dead pets will not show up if you do not have spirit speak. Theres a minor issue that slipped through when I did some changes to death status.

Looking into that right now. Also a few minor issues with pvp tournament system, should have it fixed up by later tonight.

well i cant see my pet anmd its dead atm and i havent been able to see him for 30 mins and is pissing me off
