ben, those scrolls are REALLY rare. They don't spawn anymore and its very unlikely that they will ever spawn again.

He's right, chances are they won't spawn anymore because there's skill bonus items out there to obtain higher mining skill. If you sell them, they should be sold for a lot. Otherwise keep them for nostalgic purposes or if a good deal comes up.
