Ancient Wyrms in Felucca are not dropping double scales. Scales are a reasource used in crafting and should be doubled in Fel right?

I'm assuming you're cutting the corpse with a knife to harvest the hides and scales. Scales are supposed to double in fel but I've never really noticed if they did with ancient wyrms. Normally (Trammel Facets) ancient wyrms drop 12 scales of different colors.

Thats messed. should be automatic as its not something thats not hard coded in each mobile. It just happens automaticly.

Well, the AWs in Fel were only dropping 12 like the ones in Tram. I Killed like 20 or 30 of them recalling back and forth from Tram to Fel, so it wasnt just isolated to one AW or anything, it was ALL of the ones at Marble Island in Fel.
