It would be awesome to be able to combine powder of fortification. I mean 1 charge on a bottle is just silly, being able to combine them would make it way easier to deal with them XD.

Well its not like a huge priority, was just sitting around with someone else and we were talking about how many 1 charge POFs we had and how nice itd be to be able to stack them up instead of having 50 1 charge items laying about cluttering things up, I mean if someone is gunna buy or use a POF they dont usually need just 1 charge.

There could be a charge collector bottle.... it can collect charges of things that are added to it.
Or you could make the alchemy table like that....when you get some pof or a barbed kit or whatnot, you double click it and select the table,(effectively absorbing the charges and the item) then the table has a menu like crafting that keeps track of what charges it has and can dole them out depending on what's selected.
