pre owned tallys

umm, if you trade someone a tally, and it has the owned by part on it, can that be removed or can that be ticketed? I would think that if you traded through a trade window that the "ownership" would transfer.

i traded for a tally from a guy and its owned by him, and i cant equip it. and we traded at luna bank for it.

That's the whole idea behind that property it "binds" it to that one user. It's like having hit area on a perfect pvp wep, just one of those anoying properties.

On OSI when you get that, the talisman is blessed. but I originally decided to make them all blessed (before I knew about that).

I'm still opting to change that. I'm against having properties without purposes (Night sight).

- Normal ones have to be insured (Normally)
- Owned by nobody ones are usually supposed to be blessed to that specific person (Thus making them more valuable and personal to that individual).

Ideally, that's the way it's supposed to work and hopefully in the future, that's how it will work.

lol you can't really trade those.

Though I personally would rather just remove that property completely, it seems to do nothing but confuse people and not practical to only be able to use an item on a single char.

Once they say the "Owned by *Player Name*" you can't wear em unless you are said player.

Goes by char serial. So the char that picked it up would have have to be deleted and a new char would have to be created and happen to get that same serial (very unlikely).
