Best bet for a lock picker is get magery so you can teleport. There's over 100's of areas like this and impossible to get them all without starting to add a bunch of hidden static items which bog down the server.

I dare say it'd be more practical and more fun to hand spawn static chests that re-lock and re-spawn loot. Kinda like the town strongboxes.

The idea of spawners is for several reasons:

1) Randomness. Chests will never be in a set location so it's different every time you go there, making things a little more interesting.

2) Updating. If a chest needs to be updated or rewritten, it's easier to change it in a spawner than to go through all those dungeons and manually remove/re-add them.

3) Timing. Spawn times can be changed easily with spawners. The same cannot be said for added chests (Although we can create modifiers for them and access them in the game, once again, this is manually for each chest).

Spawners give us more control than added chests. I can move the spawners a bit so that they don't spawn in that area but in the meantime, cast teleport, use teleport scrolls or shadow jumps to get to it.

yea well if u could teleport to the freakin spot i wouldent of posted it would i ? i have gm magery on this char i even tried shadow jumping u cant get to it.

Probably something blocking the path. Not saying you wouldn't try to teleport but believe it or not, sometimes the obvious ideas aren't thought up at first.
