i would suggest selling raffle tickets. the first 10 numbers drawn get their pick of one item. The rest gets deleted.

The house is too great to let one single entity or small group of lucky players make off with the horde if the house does indeed fall. Therefore holding an auction and allowing players to bid on the house's leftovers is the fairest game.

Only reason we'd make an event out of it is so people don't complain, but no way we'd let all those items go wild. It would pretty much put an end to any possible economy this server even has. We'd have to do a revert if it fell.

If it went idoc I would have moved it elsewhere and slowly auction some of the items but not all, maybe like 10% of it, just to make people happy that it did not go completely to waste.

I think Damien and I compete and exceed altar in items overall. Especially actually good items, ei rare arties like multiple cold hearts, crimson cinture, serados belt, holy knights, god's wrath. Not to mention the ungodly amount of runic armor/weps and looted jewelry we have. Between all of out banks + houses....well yea... =p We also probably have the most gold. lawl.
