Co-owners

umm it would be cool if co-owners could lock down stuff on houses. Any of my co-owners can only release stuff. Is this possible?

it should be both in osi its both hell even friends could lock stuff down in osi just not release

or even better to allow "guild member" security on items. Looks like that was left out..

Thats something I've thought of adding as well. I've often wanted to allow guild members access to certain chests without having to friend/co-own them individiually.
