Bug with buff/debuff bar

I think we have a bug in the buff/debuff bar. Casting reactive armor and protection, neither seem to show up...

Hmm probably not in the buff/debuf listing. Not many people use that so we never really noticed before. I'll check on it later so thanks for pointing that out.

only reason I noticed is that I was trying to check if I had them cast on myself

Probably a packet thing that RunUO never bothered with. I'll have to check how that system works and try to get the packet for it. Chances are its just an ID number for each gump/status so should not be too hard. Trial and error.

Actually I'm looking at it now and all the icons are already specified so don't really have to mess with packets.
