Easter Egg Hunt: Sunday, March 23, 2008

There will be an Easter egg hunt held on March 23, 2008 (Check the forums for exact times a bit later).

Players will go around collecting colored eggs. At the end of the day, the 3 players who have collected the most colored eggs will win top prizes. All those who collected but did not win will receive smaller prizes.

There's also some Easter bunnies out there, hidding the eggs. Although you can kill these cute, powerless bunnies, it's really bad karma. It's said their bodies have some goodies and Easter eggs in them but whether or not it's worth the karma loss is unknown.

Ya it'll start in the afternoon (Maybe 12ish? EST). And run till the evening.

sounds almost perfect timing. I am picking up my truck tomorrow morning so I should be back in time for the hunt. That is if I don't take it offroading on the way home.

The event is on! Search around Ilshenar for the eggs. They're colorful so it's hard to miss. If you see an Easter Bunny, you can kill it and get some nice loot, but doing so is not an act that's taken kindly.

The Easter Eggs and Bunnies DO NOT spawn in dungeons. They spawn outside in Ilshenar. They can be all over the map. The eggs will spawn on the ground.

For those who aren't having good luck with finding eggs, don't give up! There's still 2 more chances to find eggs that will be happening later throughout the day (Keep your eyes opened in game and on the forums for times). There are 3 top prizes and everyone who finds at least 1 egg will get a gold prize.

The bunnies have stopped showing up, likely scared because of everyone killing them (Shame on you!). An escort of mine is on his way from Minoc. He says he knows where the bunnies have gone and where they've taken the Easter Eggs.

I will report back later with more details! What I know for certain is they've headed for Felucca.

Head over to the felucca hedge maze at your own risk! There are healers and bankers spread throughout to store your eggs and get ressed.

There are some rummors that ilshenar may have some eggs still popping around throughout the day tomorrow. The Easter Bunny warehouse was overstocked and it seems they're randomly dumping the extras!

Over the course of the week. There will be a stone in luna where you bring your eggs to get tallied. Put all your eggs in your backpack and click the stone. They'll get transfered into a deed, counting how many eggs you have. This deed is the handed to a seer/admin. I'll pop on every so often to ask if anyone has deeds and leave messages on the forums.
