backpack stones needs to be 550

Just like OSI. 400 is way to small considering the STR jewelry, etc.

Fixed the backpacks in last update, though with that fix I broke secured containers in houses. Forgot those are suppose to be unlimited. So that will be fixed in next update (fixed on TC1 already).
