Skill modifying "crafting weapon" damage ..

As Lumberjacking does for Axes and the Swordsmanship skill, would it possible to take this a bit further?

Have Mining boost your Pickaxe damage when using said picks?
Have Blacksmithing boost your Smith's Hammer when using said hammers?
Make frying pans equippable, and have mods, then have Cooking boost them? (yea yea, this is a dream)

I ask because tonight, I was having an odd template discussion with another, and an idea popped into my head for a fun template. I want to make an enraged miner who only uses Pickaxes for his path o' death.

**While I'm here, I'm curious as to the reasoning that Wraith Form (Necro) doesn't allow 100% success on Recall? Yes, I am aware that this isn't OSI, but if that isn't possible for some balance reason, would it be possible to edit the tooltip for Wraith Form?

Unfortunatly BaseTool does not fall under BaseWeapon so can't make runics act as weapons, if I changed it, all tools would have to be wiped.

Equipable frying pans would be hilarious, though theres no client side support for that.

Mining bonus to pickaxes (Or any picks/miner tools) and Blacksmith bonus to smith hammers (Or any hammer) would be a neat idea.

Frying pans are a little out there and although it's a neat idea, there's no equippable frying pans so this is not possible (Equippable frying pans reminds me of princess peach from super smash bros).

Also, wraith form DOES have 100% success recall ability. You still require the reagents and you must still know the spell in order for it to work. It just ignores the magery check needed to recall.

Positive on that 100% remark mate?

Last night, I had a 64 Mage Book, was in Wraith Form, and had 15 Pearl, 15 Root, and 15 Moss, as well as 152% LRC. Clicked the little blue "Recall" option onto Fel Fire to try and Wither a Barracoon spawn, only to fail 3 tries in a row. I had to then raise Magery to 45ish% to cast it successfully.

Actually wraith's never worked in stock runuo for recall, was sure I fixed it though.

If you want 100% chance though just go at gate library, recall is 100% there, AND charges don't get used up.

Hmmm k, I tested real quick and everything worked out my end so I'll have to see what method you're using (Off the top of my head, it might be because you used the first page of the runebook. That page will only work if your runebook has charges put into it (Recall scrolls to charge it up). You need to use the back pages of the runebook with the (recall, gate travel, sacred journey) options). See if that works, if not I'll take a look at it tomorrow when you're online.
