* Fixed barding skill usage in the mob AI. They were never being called properly unless the creature was cursed.
* Added Lady Melissande and Shimering Effusion. This completes all the ML peerless bosses, and their dungeons. We will be doing minor tweaking here and there as well as adding new recipes over time. These are very close to OSI, so for more info on their quests and such you can view your favourite UO resource site such as uostuff or stratics. Stuff like the keys required to get in are pretty much dead on. Only thing that may not be 100% is the quest related stuff but thats because our peerless system works a bit differently.
* Damage modifyer property is now calculated before the damage cap, and before DI, slayers, etc
* Fixed a bug in dupe that caused weird things to happen when changelings turned into you if you had +skill equipment on

does this mean that quiver of rage no longer adds an insane amaount of dmg in pvp?

Yeah pretty much. It will help if you're not already hitting the cap, but it wont make you go over.
Though it will seem as if its over, since its 90% elemental damage and 10% direct. So that 10% ignores armor.
