Looking at that pile, I'd be less concerned about what a single meal did to my arteries compared to the fear about what kind of potential gastrointestinal catastrophe would occur 5-7 hours down the road.

More like 30 minutes after. It was not so bad. Had another one about 2-3 hours after. Think the 30 minute one was the morning donut being pushed out, then the one 2-3 hours later was the 4 burgers I ate. No wonder I don't gain weight, whatever I eat just gets thrown away so fast. That could have been some perfectly good saturated fat!

This problem is ongoing. You can try Internet Explorer, which has the notorious “feature” of overriding server-provided MIME types, or you can simply copy the gibberish into a file with the correct extension, e.g., .jpg or .png .
(Interestingly, Gecko [url=http://%5bhttps://developer.mozilla.org/en/How_Mozilla_determines_MIME_Types]also sniffs MIME types[/url], albeit in more limited circumstances that don’t apply to our situation. Additionally, there is an IETF draft to standardize MIME sniffing.)
