Friday the Thirteenth

Well, its that time of year again. The thirteenth of a month falls on a friday. The superstitious protect themselves from any possible danger, be it a ladder or a suspicious- looking elderly man. I am normally not superstitious, yet it is still rather eerie on the Thirteenth. I watch myself, i am even wary of strangers. I, personally believe that the media has somehow thrown fridays and unlucky numbers together (should'nt it be MONDAY the thirteenth?) but does anybody have any opinions on this?

Ladder? Nope. I think that's the one thing Jason Voorhees hasn't killed anyone with.

(actually... hmmm I think I need to watch part 4 again.)

On a more serious note, the only vague significance Friday the 13th has for me is that the remake of the movie comes out tomorrow. Not that I'm going out to the theater tomorrow to see it, but I am somewhat interested to see if it's worth a crap or just a piss-poor money grab. Other than that I might say I outta watch a Jason movie to celebrate, but I probably won't.

Yeah.. Even in eighth grade its bad. Girls walking around with hordes of balloons their boyfriend brought... People sobbing because some KID didnt bring them a flower.
Hopfully i will live through today.

Today was 1234567890 in unix time, so I think that throws off the bad luck of Friday the 13th

Speaking of Friday the 13th, I woke up with 3 scratches on my arm this morning. Have no clue what it was. My cat has no claws,and she was not even in my room, so was not the cat.
