People actually give different dates for Linux’s birthday, but Linus Torvalds posted the first Linux source code 17 years ago, so this is the day I pick. Happy birthday!

Yay for Linux' birthday. Wow 17 years? They even had regular computers back then? Figured it was all giant vacuum tube calculators that don't really do anything.

I’d like to try some really old Linux distributions one day. I don’t know if they could handle Charlie though.
Edit: I don’t mean to confuse the Linux kernel with operating systems that use the Linux kernel. There’s a whole controversy about that.
