Alright, so I somehow lost my voice. Like 99% of it, I probably got sick from when my brother visited. He was really really sick and it started with him completely losing his voice. Either that or maybe I yell at the top of my lungs when i'm sleeping..

Anyway, I got a speech to do tomorrow in US history about how the economy has changed since the great depression and how it will change with over sea trades. So, tomorrow should be a interesting day.

It suuucked in a funny way, I tried to talk at first but it was just to painful. So I just got a sharpie and wrote on a piece of paper. "I can't talk. Feel free to leave me large amounts of money on my desk out of pity."

Eh, its not really over yet. Only my US history class knows I don't have a voice. I might see a doctor about it though, its starting to hurt when I breath now and I don't think that is good.

hmmm... I used to get really bad strep throat, it might be that. ok, here's what you do.
get a flashlight, go into your bathroom, and reflect the light from the flashlight onto the back of your throat using the mirror. if it is really red, maybe you should see a doctor. if there are white spots (pus) then you really will want to see a doctor, and you probably will need penecillin or some other antibiotic. keep in mind that it's probably contagious. good luck!

I got strep throat all the time when I was a kid. It really did suck.

Just now thinking about it, if it lasts up to 2 weeks i'm screwed. Because i'm going to be a Outdoor School counselor.. i'll get to boss little 6th graders around but what fun is that if you don't have a voice?

Its red with a few white spots. So I think i'll see a doctor tomorrow.
