It was a nice eclipse, I got some about 20 photos of it on my expensive camera then a few on my digital camera. If you had a telescope you could see Saturn's rings.

Boring, IMO, but I don’t have a telescope.

I was down at OMSI (Oregon Museum of Science Insitute (I don't know what the 'I' stands for)) but they had a huge telescope. So I had some fun.

Looked at it, decided it was nothing special, and went back inside.

Knew it was coming but didn't bother. Meteors on the other hand. . .I will stake out the sky when they're supposed to be coming.

There may be a meteor hitting the earth some time. Well not exactly a meteor but a satalite. Thats gonna suck if it hits someone's house lol.

Last I heard they wanted to shoot it down with a missle to make it fall in the sea.

Yeah. . .that happened last night. And it worked. But it didn't fall into the sea, I think it's now just going burn up in the atmosphere, what's left of it.

I seen a lot of the eclipse, worked nights :P. But a week or so ago, I had the pleasure of viewing a large meteor enter, burn and even break up. lasted maybe 2 seconds, but as far as meteors go that is a long time. I was actually thinking it might strike the earth
