Lol, well Red, I don't smoke and I won't but i've been drinking for a little over 6 months now. I don't know if its true but rumors are going around that they might lower the drinking age to 20 in oregon. That'd be sweet.

They do that and the state loses a lot of federal funding for road projects... not likely to happen.
