Whitening teeth

I was drinking coffee for probably 2-3 years. And im wondering what would be a good teeth whitener. Ive heard stories about this and that not working and I dont really want to waste money and time just to find out that it dosnt work.

I know the first thing I could do is to stop drinking coffee. I have already did that.

white strips work, however they can hurt like no end. I tried it twice and that was it

guess your teeth can't be sesitive. anything that hurts has got to work

but I did give them to the gf, and worked fine with her
