NWN 2 Toolset

I just started messing around with the Neverwinter Nights 2 Toolset... pretty impressive. Many possibilities.

Help me help me help me.

I have no idea how to use that thing. I think I just got half the movement solved. NWN 1 was so simple.

Could you explain how to create clothing, armour, weapons? Including how to change their appearance? I used the "Help" thing but it hasn't been updated since the last patch, so it wasn't very helpful.
