I've been working on the pvp anywhere system along with other misc fixes, and part of the system is on TC1. Right now theres a flag called pvpanywhere, if enabled allows to be pked in tram rule set by someone else who has the flag enabled. Still need to test all possible notoriety situations and fix issues with guards, then I'll have to create the actual deeds and the gump to go with that.
