Mobs not casting

I'm aware of this issue, will be fixed next publish. A last minute change gone bad.

lol and you know, I had a feeling that was happening when we were testing things yesterday but figured I hadn't switched from seer to player again.

Odly if a mob attacks another mob its fine, its if a player attacks a mob. If the mob attacks first then it will cast.

Think it has to do with the targetting change I made. If a mob attacks you and you have nothing targetted then it auto targets,but think that messed things up so I just removed it, not a big thing really.
