Do go up period me and this dude named plastic man done AW all Night long and did get anything and we just now stoped casue he is going to bed and neither of our artie chances went up period we killed enought to get 3k leather and that is quite alot so yall no how long we was doing it !!! this was not fair

sob i done it for like 8 hrs straight!

Tony, may I ask what monsters you were killing? When I want to collect AoAs, I hunt high-famed monsters for quick yield such as Balrons, AWs, Crystalline Dragons, Daemons, and named creatures.

i have had that happen with AW and Shadow wyrms. I would run between them killing as many as possible and get nothing. Then Hector would come around and first kill get an aoa. It happens, its all in the luck of the random number generator.

BTW, the best luck I have for aoas is doing champ spawns. Go to T2A and find yourself a nice quiet baracoon spawn. For best results, kill ALL the 3rd and 4th tier spawn. Even after the champ arrives, lure him off to the side and finish killing all the spawn. Usually you can pull 2 or 3 aoas off a baracoon. And with 2 of you working the spawn it should take 30 mins tops.

5% is the cap, once it hits that your chance wont go up anymore. At that point you can actually start killing smaller stuff as the cap for smaller stuff may even be hit. At one point you will hit 5% for smaller stuff as your kill points get higher.

I'm assuming you had lord/lady status. Other than that, sometimes you fly off the wrong range on the random number generator (In other words, bad luck).
