Green Day

I used to not think too highly of green day, but theyre one of the best in my opinion, also a couple of their influences are my two favorite bands, Rush and Guns N' Roses.....I went to a Green Day concert in portland on September 28th, and let me tell you it was the best concert I've been to besides Rush......espeacially when he said "this is a big F*U*C*K you to George W. Bush!", that alone was worth the whole show!, I hate bush with all my heart, I think he should burn in hell where he belongs!!

I do like Green day. But they arent as good as they used to be. And if they are to have any future in music they need to stop all this politically charged songs now. It has had its day and its just getting old now.

Their political ideals would have no effect on whether I like their music or not. Politics has no place in music, and in my opinion, it was a waste going to a concert if the highlight was Billy telling someone to f*ck off. If I wanted to see that I could do it myself at home.

I bet you think it's "Good Riddance (Time Of Your Life)", don't you? But I don't think they're the greatest band of all time, but they are in the top 5, along with Guns N' Roses, Lynyrd Skynyrd, etc. But anyways, yea they are good. And I agree with Billy Joe, Bush can go F**K himself, and I thought that even before he said it. When I heard it in concert it made me cheer. But anyways, they are one of the best, I just sometimes don't like their cocky attitude of how they're the best of all.
