This one? I forget the name of the domain registrar, since I switched it to mine when Magic (where is he these days?) gave me the site. Mine is like 14/year or something like that, actually quite cheap. There's probably even cheaper places out there. Hosting is only 20/month, and considering I make more then that with google ads, the site pays itself.

Just sign up on the google adsense page (forget where, but do a google search lol). But to give you an idea, Iceteks does about 200,000 page views per month (does not always hit it) and I do about 100 bucks US per month, sometimes less. So you do not lot of traffic to do lots with these ads, but it's the best ones I've used.

Once I make up to 100 bucks US they send a check, they do this once a month so if you make more then 100 per month you get a check once a month. I have not been keeping track of money that much lately though, but Ithink the last couple of tweaks on Iceteks may help. I'll have to look into wether or not it's even worth having the ads here. Based on november stats we only get 22694 page views per month, compared to 308,204 for Iceteks.

Woah.... that can't be, the record is like 250,000.... we hit 300,000 without me even releasing anything. WOW, I'll have to look into where all this traffic is coming from. This is great!

Edit: That explains it, I unblocked slurp... looks like that bot is still blasting through the site like a broken droid. 105,700.255 page views per month (based on 3 months) by that bot alone, and 6,524.003 page views from people who come from yahoo, is that bot worth it? nope. Blocking it again. It bloats the stats too much.

How many page views per month do you get? Since I think there's a minimum you have to have, but not sure, I know I got rejected at most other ad networks since I don't pull in enough traffic.

Well first off, you need a real host, and not one of those prehosted type forums, since those don't really offer much customization. A real host will anable you to manage everything such as the SQL back end, FTP, mail, etc...

Oh, and after the completion of SBBS, I have some plans to make this place boom again, well plans to make plans.

I don't think it will be completed as planed by the end of the Christmas break, but I should have something decent by then.

I would like to update to a real host, like to Invision Power Board from Invisionfree but I'm not even sure how to go about it, I never looked too much into it yet though.

No I would of had to start working on it months ago, did not even start yet.

IPB's skin editing is horrible, so I'm just concentrating my efforts towards SBBS instead.

Once I convert to SBBS, skinning will be like a dream.
