Why can't Windows error messages be clear, and actually tell me something that I can understand?

I don’t normally find these sort of things very funny, but the part about entering an eleven-digit prime number is hilarious.

ha in 4th grade i had a teacher and whnever there was a problem the computer would say
"ALERT! NOT MY FAULT" not kidding ha ha
