I feel like a total dumass

My parants were trying to put a picture on the wall and noticed there was a staple sticking out under the frame, so I said I can just push it in with a flat screw driver and my dad is all "you'll break the glass" but I pushed the staple without touching the glass then my screw driver slipped and got caught between the glass and the staple... a huge crack right down the middle. By the sound of it though, it was really cheap crappy glass, I mean glass is fragile and all if you throw something at it, but it should not break with just a bit of pressure in the angle it was.

So now they're gone to the glass store to pay a few 100 bucks to get it replaced. Because of Moi!

few hundred bucks for a frame that had a staple sticking out of the bottom?? i'd feel like a dumass(as you put it or dumbass as I would put it) if i were spending more than $5 on a junky frame.

That's the thing replacing the glass will probably be more expensive then what the picture costed.
