Update [Dec 16 07] - misc fun stuff

* Added more interaction with items. Mess around with coal ore, landmines, explosion pots, and fire spells. I'll leave it at that. Earth quake might also trigger land mines, this can be useful to scout areas.

* powerscrolls and stat scrolls can now be used on the roulette. Note that the actual skill has no effect, only the value. So 110 magery is actually less chance then 120 focus.

* Land mines can now be used in all facets. They use the notoriety algothm which will stop them from working on players in tram facets so they can still be used in pvm situations now.

What are the chances for the PSes at the roulette? Oh, and it would be cool if you could spin bank checks too, maybe 1 million minimum?

Right now chances are rather high but they will be lowered over time until I find a good medium. Keeping in mind one can easily get 12 pses alone in about an hour.

Oh right, those use the "randompowerscroll" type. I need to retire that item and make those processes use the createpowerscroll function, for now some pses may not actually be rollable.

Why not just take scrolls off the roulette? Not like they are hard to get anyway.

Actually good point lol. Think those were more there as a filler before we put runics and stuff.

Actually the idea was to allow non pvp/fel people to have access to pses, but 105's do drop in tram, so that should be suficient, for higher end ones then they buy or take the risk of going to fel, not like its such a big risk on this server.

(land mines can make this more fun though, surprised people don't harvest the full power of these tbh - afk kill counts FTW)

I did back when you only needed ingots to make them. That was also back when there were rez gates at dungeon entrances.
