Depression is the pits >.<

I'm feeling depressed off and on.. I don't feel alone, cause I have God to talk to.
But, I don't know how to get rid of a depression, I try doing fun things, I try sleeping, laying down, eating more, anything.. but, it just seems to get worse and worse. I'm keeping my thoughts on the positive side.. but I just really miss someone, and I can't get the fact I might never see that person again..

I'm scared of what might happen. I'm just.. scared..

yup. depression sure is depressing....

anyway, I usually hit the road, put something appropriate on the stereo[ like tool, apc, SoaD], and scream my bloody guts out along with the music. Constant distraction [video games, tv, movies, whatnot] are also keep to avoiding your problems successfully. The key being to occupy your mind with other things so you never have the chance to think about it. Of course you can't do that forever, as much as a sizable portion of the American population likes to think, you're going to have to face up to it and deal with it eventually.

Yeah depression is hard, and as much as you try to ingore the cause, it's hard. Usually best way is to find a way around the cause, even if you don't think it's the best solution, but even then it may not fully "cure" the depression.

I use my site as an example, I used to run my own home server, had lot of people in this "war" against the site because I left some evil tech site and made my own. anyway, story made short, someone reported me to my isp (servers are not allowed) so I had to pull the plug without any notice. I knew lot of people who went to the forum. So my workaround was to pay for hosting and it was all good.

I've never actually been depressed I dont think. Pissed off yes but not depressed.

Depressed, for me, is like a whole bunch of mood changes.. It's crazy. I can be happy at one moment, then I'll think about something else, get sad.. then angry, then I start chewing on wood, then I cry, then I'm happy X.X!

But, that's why I can't really show that I'm depressed when talking to y'all. Cause y'all always seem to make people happy. Even though you can be a little mean

Yeah, a lot of depression comes from an over-analyzing, myopic tendancy. I can get that way sometimes but when I do, I know I'll see things quite differently later on.
