Yeah think I found the optimal setup for these.

All video captures made at 480*360 = win.

No resizing, no stretching, etc. I render the whole thing in raw AVI and only compress right at the end, that made a big difference too, besides Adobe Premiere is buggy when you make it render to anything other then raw AVI. Crashes randomly.

The raw render is like 5 gigs lol.
