Hmm now we need to recalibrate all the time zone related settings to reflect his REAL town.

And like has already been mentioned, I don't ban or punish anyone who has different views, that would be rediculous.

I'm the only one here against gay marriages and I think being gay and/or mating with other species is wrong. But just because some agree with that stuff then it does not mean they should be banned, it's their opinion, and I have mine. But if someone calls me, or someone else a pompous twit or snobbish fucktard because of a different opinion, then yes, they are leaning towards a ban. It's not a one shot deal mind you, the person would get a warning (plenty, actually) or simply be put up with for a bit to be given a chance, then if it persists we proceed with doing a little sql query to change the member group to ID4 (or whatever the banned group is lol. too lazy to check)

You're not the only one here who is against gay marriages.

EDIT: And I didn't post this to start a debate on the topic here (we have another thread for that.) I just wanted to remind Red that he isn't completely alone in some of his views (although he is alone in the way he states them sometimes.)

You know what? I believe that gay people should be able to marry as well. I have expressed this view on this forum a number of times. I have yet to be banned. I have expressed a number of views that Red disagrees with, as have I would say a majority of regular members in this forum. If Red banned people because of their views, this forum would have died a long time ago.

If that was true, I'd have been banned long ago. Red and I have gotten into some of the most personal and heated debates on this forum, excluding perhaps the one where WW tried to justify murder by nationalism, and have survived them, and even communicate in a semi-polite way, which seemed to be too much for WW.

Most of us liked WW minus his ballistic attitude, and made a real effort to resolve any differences.

The truth is I am actually against gay marriage, and I just said that I was in favor of it to see what would happen. There is nothing wrong with being gay. You can say that what they do is wrong, but you can't say that just being gay is wrong. That is like saying that a person is wrong for having certain feelings.

Wait a minute I can't say dlck. Why what's wrong with d-i-c-k? It's in the dictionary. They don't censor it on TV. Dlck could be someone's name for god's sake. This to me is just rediculous.

Oh yeah and don't forget to censor foot Clark, I mean Dlck Clark.

I never said that, I just said that I think they're both wrong.

And I never said there's anything wrong with interracial marriages either, there's a BIG difference between homo marriage and interracial marriage.

I must agree that the word filter is a little out of control. Mind you the issue of removing obscene language was decided by a vote, but nobody really came out and said what words should be replaced and with what. Probably an issue for another thread though.

So you actually lied earlier? Mind you, we aren't going to ban you for lying, but I was just wondering if this is a commom forum occurence. I try to tell the truth both with people I see personally and with people on the forum. Now I might joke that Red is making an army of AI robots in his workroom, and that would be a lie (I think), but when it comes to my beliefs and opinions, I tell the truth. Swearing has not been a big issue around here lately anyway. And it's true that d1ck is also a name. Such as the US vice president foot Cheny.

It was a hypothetical, not a lie. I just forget to mention that. I'm usually very honnest. I express my views as they are.
