Actually I think tesla coil combined with amplified microwave drivers sounds good. The high voltage and microwaves 1000X the ones of a microwave oven, should vaporize him. No evidence, no pollution, just a very large electric bill.

Then the FCC and CRTC might come after me for shutting down half the world's wireless communications.

Hmm, I can throw him down a hydro dam! Combine water, fish, AND electricity. Brilliant!!! i just need a bit of C4 to knock down a high voltage pole into the waterfall at the time he falls.

And instead of cardboard box, I can use an aluminum furnace enclosure for better conductivity.

I could do that, but it's too boring. And most killing methods are messy. Knifes cause lot of blood, even gun shots. But with a sniper it's usually a nice clean shot and if he's wearing a hat then it won't make that much of a mess if it's properly contained, and if it's outside the snow will soak it up, and when the snow removal crew passes to remove the snowbanks he'll go through the snowblower and into the dump truck and it will be history.
