Why not, instead of violently jamming the ignore buttons(glares at *someone*)you talk about how I can be a better person and lead me towards that path. I swear to hold my peace until all is said and done.

One way would be to tone down your hyperbole. Someone has put you on ignore, and you state that the person has violently jammed the ignore button, and you then "glare" at the person because they did something so excessive. You assume the violence and then overreact to the way in which you have exagerated the other person's position.

If you can't say anything nice, keep it to yourself. I think that's probably the best advice. You have to look for the good and try to actually fix things, not just be right. Namecalling never does anything positive and is a complete waste of time.

Oh, and don't take advice from Dr. Phil, that's probably the absolute best advice around!
