Is PayPal Free?

I have a question. Now i don't know if you guy's ever used paypal. Anyways I was wondering was the service Free to Use? Because i made an account with them the other day and Varified my Bank. I'm having a hard time finding anything about MO/YR fee's (If they apply)

Yeah I think it's free. They might have service charges and stuff, but I dont think they charge monthly or anything.

I believe it's free to pay for things, but they take their cut if you try to receive money. Of course if you want the debit card or credit card or any of that crap, that's another story.
