Yes I confirmed that mobs can do this through walls when they cannot target/attack you.
Also, even when there are no walls around, a mage mob will just reveal you right away even if they never targetted you. That's kinda lame, when someone is invised and has never even been seen, why would anyone think to reveal them?

Mobs randomly cast reveil all over when they get bored. Though it can't work through walls as the spell does not work through walls. (they use the same exact spell as if you cast it yourself) Could it be you were near the end of the wall? since depending on their magery level it can uncover more then 1 tile. Though I could take a look at the spell, since the tile it uncovers should also be in line of sight, only makes sense.

Hah, that's funny how they cast when bored. But yeah, you can check it out right now if you want. I'm in a room in the corner, and outside the room there are mages roaming around. As soon as I invis, I'm revealed.Red Squirrel wrote:Mobs randomly cast reveil all over when they get bored. Though it can't work through walls as the spell does not work through walls. Like red said, the mage could have fired the reveal spell on a certain location that caused you to get revealed. Even if you weren't directly in the line of sight, the reveal spell might have hit you from a corner (After all, the range is more than 1 tile).
