Grand Theft Auto San Andreas

[Information]
Five years ago Carl Johnson escaped from the pressures of life in Los Santos, San Andreas... a city tearing itself apart with gang trouble, drugs and corruption. Where filmstars and millionaires do their best to avoid the dealers and gangbangers.

Now, it's the early 90s. Carl's got to go home. His mother has been murdered, his family has fallen apart and his childhood friends are all heading towards disaster.

On his return to the neighborhood, a couple of corrupt cops frame him for homicide. CJ is forced on a journey that takes him across the entire state of San Andreas, to save his family and to take control of the streets.

This game looks cool and seems to be going in a more serious direction than GTA 3 and VC, which is the direction I was hoping it'd go in.

I can't wait to get this game. It's gonna kick

. I'm a huge GTA fan. GTA3 and on that is. Nice to see someone excited about the release of San Andreas here other than me.

I'm soooo frickin pissed about this game...

It's only coming out for PS2?????

I mean, I have one and all but I would much rather get the PC version.

Except the PC version isn't scheduled to come out until Q3 of 2005.

I got San Andreas on the 26th. I'm onto the second island now. This game is crazy. The absolute best game ever, hands down. Unbelievable. You can base jump in it. How nuts is that........every second word in the game is the "F" word. I was so shocked. I used to let my little cousins play gta 3 and Vice City. There's no way I'll let them play San Andreas.

I have nothing against black people, many of them are my friends but in the other games i was playing as guys i can relate to and i just can't on this one.

I wasn't excited about the characters either....AT ALL...untill I played. Now I love it. It's modern, a nice change. Tommy from GTA3 was in a mission. My character told him off. Lol.
This game is incredible. You won't believe it. I just got finished flying a jet and jumping out and sky diving then pulling the chord on my parachute. I mean this was high up, a real jet, big one, this wasn't no dodo and I don't mean falling out of the plane like Vice City, I mean arms pulled back Rocket man style awesome realistic sky diving wind sounds and you can do this whenever you want. This game is absolutely endless and mind blowing.
PS:
Lots of weapons, good ones, three sets like Vice City. (Shovel...lol)
Car mods are awesome too. (nitro...a whole other area of fun in the game, you won't believe how fast the cars go with this and the blur effect is so awesome)

I just beat all the missions except the last. It freezes when I get to Smoke's Crack Fortress. But the game is godlike in my opinion.

Well even though the character is no longer italian i am thinking about buying this game. Of course i will rent it first. My friend told me about some of the stuff. ie haircuts, you can make your guy a fat

or deisel.

Yeah. All that is true. You also get to jump out of planes and survive with a parachute, work out in gyms, eat, buy and change clothes, fly a jetpack, rob houses, pimping vigilante missions, four person drive-bys, recruit your own gang, gamble, have girlfriends, ride bicycles, take over gang territories, and do trucking missions. There are more features I probably haven't found yet. But those are some of the many.

Man can you help me beat the "supply lines" mission....give me some advice. It's the only one I didn't get on the 2nd Island. I'm glad they let me continue to the 3rd island without finishing that one for zero. Is there any way around it?

I can't figure out the Wang Cars place....can you buy it sometime or what? Also the import/export garage in San Fiero...Where is it? I think i know where it is but I can't figure it out...is it the crane? Cause the crane won't work for me.
