The DNS for this domain is being changed to a different server. The other server should have updated by now, but if it did not, there may be some short downtime. This is to enable having a sub domain pointing to the UO server, while the fqd will still point to the current server.
I'm preparing the "Plan B" server (which is windows) for the shard. Just need to do a bunch of security stuff like disabling IIS, installing openssh, a firewall, etc. Right now it's RDP wide open to public. That sends chills down my back just thinking about it.
I really don't see why this would not work, as it is going to be fully dedicated to RunUO. We should have capacity for at least 50 people until we need to upgrade again (at which point I should be working full time and have a full income anyway).
