I cant figure out this game and how to beat it can any one else get it?!?!?!?!

wow, that's pretty freaky.

dave, all you have to do is read the note in the couch and the journal in the bathroom...it's pretty simple.

I read the note and the journal, and I didn't see anything regarding the key for the kitchen door. But then, I'm not very good at those kinds of games.

That was kinda interesting, a little short, but interesting. Fragged is right though, read the note under the couch cushion and the entire journal [it has multiple pages if you didn't see it] in the bathroom, and it should be pretty obvious. I'd tell you right out, but it's really the only puzzle in the game, so I don't want to spoil it for you.
