So... I was able to tame a new reptalon last night, and it has spellweaving and uses it well. What I'm wondering is if my old Reptalon can be given a minimal amount of spellweaking or something so that it can't gain and catch up over time?

Yeah I could probably do that, globally give them like 20 if they have less then 20.
