Can't seem to reproduce it at all, even on live server with dread horn and all. To not distrupt the live server I'll try again locally with the exact same save instance that crashed and try anything else I can think of. Unfortunatly if I still can't reproduce it I wont be able to know what really caused it in first place. :/
