I dont know what you would do to get it but, a quest that when your finished you can change the name of an item? or personalize it like "Pirac's Armor of Fortune"

I was thinking of making either an item rename deed, or item rename tool, which would be gotten from bods. I'm debating on if it should change the actual title, or simply have a sub title field on items. As this would cause issues with enhanced stuff as the material is actually a prefix appended to the name, so even a custom name would have the material prefixed to it, without any major changes.

UOML has an item engraving tool. It etches a phrase on an item. Not sure if it's a vet reward or not but I would take a look at it on a UOML website.
