I need some advise on how to integrate a Graphic VFD into a HUD. I recently bought a used GM C5 Corvette HUD to hack. I am building an experimental airplane that is using an EFIS display. The EFIS output signal is VGA. They use an LCD to display navigation, attitude, engine parameters, etc. What is needed to
display that type of information on a Graphic VFD. I should add that the manufacturer,of my unit, already has an interface available. Since the signal is VGA, can a VFD, or VFD module display this info? If not what hardware and software would be necessary? It will basically be a repeater screen for the info.
Any ideas would be greatly appreciated. Please post and Email
Thanks,
P.S.
