I was wondering how many people vistit iceteks during school while at school in a class or study hall. I used to go to forums all through the day at school Never here cause i didn't know about iceteks last year. But now our school has banned all forum and email activity. I have been able to get onto the site by disableing some things on our school network but i don't stay on long enough to post cause if i get caught i would not be able to use the pcs and our school and i would end up screwing myself over for alot of homework that has to be done on school pcs.

I often check in for a couple of minutes at college. Every day we have at least one class at computers. Usually I'll also log in to the news system and validate any news waiting to be posted.

well like i said i have managed to get into the site by turning of some system settings on the schools network but i get kind of scitchy so i usually log off after checking all the new post. I would hate not be able to use computers at school.

Yeah don't risk the privilige that's for sure...
I dont get why most school networks are so unsecure. My high school network had NO admins, and to bypass the Netware bordermanager all you had to do is disable the proxy.

ours was a little more tricky than that but it only took me an half hour to figure it out. In one of my classes my teacher lets me download classic games and play them but i can't chat or post or any other messaging things like it.
