Alright, here's how it's going to go. Modify this picture and make it as wacky as possible. Draw a goatee on these guys, or add devil horns.
RULES:
1) Don't draw anything inappropriate
2) You can submit more than one entry
3) Modify anytime between now and October 31 (winner will be declared on Halloween)
PRIZE:
Still under debate. I set the payout for 15 million IC's but that may change. Anyways, here's the picture:
